Welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, dunning, win-back. Built once, earning every day, tuned every month.
A weekly calendar planned around reorders, restocks and launches. Copy written by Aven, not a template.
Pop-ups that capture the pet, not just the email. Segmentation that uses it.
"In just over three months, Aven built out the retention infrastructure on the subscription side: Skip/Delay quick actions, a rebuilt dunning sequence, the cancel flow, a new welcome flow, and a churn win-back flow tied to survey responses. Subscription cancellation held at 0.16% and dunning recovery ran at 72.1%. Would recommend him to any subscription DTC operator looking for a serious retention partner."
"Aven is an incredibly talented copy writer. His ability to delightfully leap from generating a playful tone to evoking a sense of urgency all within the same paragraph never fails to astound me. Week after week, I always trust that Aven will find the exact combination of words I need. He just gets it."

| Pet consumables only. Food, treats, supplements. | Any ecommerce brand with a card on file. |
| One person writes your copy. The same one, every month. | A junior account manager and a template library. |
| Priced on one number: emails per month. | A retainer with line items you can't audit. |
| You see the bad weeks in the report. | You see the good weeks in the deck. |
Thirty minutes in your Klaviyo or Omnisend account. You leave with a list of what's leaking, whether or not we work together.
Your reviews, your reorder data, your competitors' inboxes. Nothing gets written until the angles are found.
Pop-up, flows, then the campaign calendar. First flow live inside two weeks.
Weekly reporting, the good and the bad. Tests on what's working, cuts on what isn't.
D2C pet consumables brands, meaning food, treats or supplements, doing $30k a month or more. Below that, email can't yet pay for itself at our rates and we'll tell you so on the call.
One number: how many emails you want a month. No hourly, no strategy line items, no calculator. We'll give you the figure on the audit call once we know the scope.
Both, in production, today. If you're on neither, we'll say which fits your store and set it up.
Aven. Every email, every client. Design is handled by a design team he directs. Text-only emails are his entirely.
The first flow goes live inside the first two weeks; HumanFood's welcome flow was sending nine days after launch. That's when recovered carts and first-order conversions start. Revenue you'd call meaningful usually shows up in 30 to 45 days, once the full system is live and the list has had time to respond. You'll know what to expect before the first send.
Thirty days. That's the minimum term and the notice period. If it isn't working, you say so and we part ways a month later with everything we built still in your account.
I grew up around animals, and I've been the kid who could write since grade school. Those two things turned into Magtania the year I noticed what was showing up in my own inbox. I was subscribed to brands I loved, and their emails were lazy. Same template, same discount, no sign that anyone there knew they had thousands of people who would have happily read a real email from them. That made me angry enough to go fix it for the brands that would let me. The animals decided which brands.
I work with pet food, treat and supplement brands because the product runs out, so the next order is decided by what lands in the inbox between orders. I write every email myself, and before I write one I spend time figuring out who the founder actually is, because the emails should sound like you. I'll go through everything in your account and tell you what I find, including the parts that aren't working. And I won't lie to your customers to make a number look better. If that's how you'd want it run, book the audit.
We'll go through your flows, pop-up and last month's campaigns live and show you where the money is.
